Two, the new car should go through good running-in:
Although the inner surface of the cylinder block from the manufacturer is very bright, but from the microscopic point of view is still uneven, the difference between the concave and convex is still 0.1 ~ 0.2μm, the convex part is vulnerable to damage.
If bear larger load at this time, will cause the cylinder inner surface of the strain.
So in the new car run-in period, must be light load, to be raised part of the ground, the inner surface of the cylinder can withstand a large load.

When the motorcycle leaves the factory, the factory requires users to run in the new car, run in period is generally between 1500 ~ 2500km.

The pistons of modern motorcycle engines move at such a high speed that the loss of lubrication in even a short period of time can cause severe wear and even destruction of the inner surface of the cylinder.
To avoid dry friction, make sure the engine is well lubricated when running.
On the one hand, to often check the oil pressure and oil scale, to avoid the use of motorcycles in the absence of lubricating oil;
On the other hand, we should pay attention to the proper viscosity of lubricating oil, so that it can adhere to the cylinder block and the piston surface, so as to form liquid friction.
The viscosity of lubricating oil and temperature related, different seasons should use different viscosity of lubricating oil.
According to API international standard classification, API classification specifications are SA, SB, SC, SD, SE, SF, SG, SH, SJ, SL, SM and SN, each incremental letter, the performance of the oil will be better than the previous one, the oil has additives used to protect the engine, the higher the letter, the higher the quality grade.
Four, the air into the cylinder to clean:
From the air filter into the cylinder of the air, if it contains more dust or tiny sand, it will quickly increase the wear of the inner surface of the cylinder like abrasive, so be sure to let the air into the cylinder is very clean.
On the one hand, the dust in the air filter should be removed regularly (about 1000km), and the filter core should be replaced when necessary;
On the other hand, the sealing situation at the joint of the air filter should be checked frequently to avoid unclean air entering the cylinder without filtering center.
In order to improve the filtering effect, a thin layer of foam sponge can be added to the filter core of the paper core air filter. The foam sponge must be cleaned with water once a day to avoid blocking.
Five, other problems that cannot be ignored:
1. The use of gasoline grade to match the compression ratio of the engine, that is, must be fueled with motorcycle manufacturers specified grades of gasoline
2. Change gear in time to avoid stalling.
If in stall circumstances suddenly increase the throttle, will cause the piston and cylinder wall impact, damage the cylinder surface, should be promptly changed into low gear, and then gradually accelerate.
3. Avoid driving under heavy load for a long time.
If the motorcycle is in a climbing state for a long time or because of poor road conditions, it can not drive at a medium speed. It should be shut down at a regular time for cooling, so as not to overheat the engine.
4.The specified grade of genuine lubricating oil should be selected, and the use of deteriorated oil is prohibited, and water, gasoline and other impurities in the oil box are prohibited;
Also pay attention to the regular replacement of lubricating oil.

5. Avoid cold cars.
