1. Maintenance time point

2. Chain adjustment

The appropriate value of general vehicles is about 25~35mm. But whether it is general road vehicles or off-road vehicles, the suitable tightness of each vehicle is different. Be sure to refer to the vehicle's instructions to adjust to the most appropriate tightness

3. Chain cleaning

After neutral, turn the wheel slowly manually (do not run in low gear, easy to clamp fingers), and spray the cleaning agent. To avoid splashing cleaning agent on other parts, cover with a towel. In addition, when spraying a large amount of cleaning agent, please place the sewage basin below

If there is stubborn dirt, please scrub the dirt with a brush. Steel brush will damage the chain, do not use, even use a soft brush, may damage the oil seal, please use with caution. After brushing the chain with a brush, wipe the chain clean with a towel

4. Lubrication of the chain

When lubricating the oil seal chain, please use the chain oil containing lubricating ingredients and oil seal protection ingredients. When spraying oil, please prepare the following tools: chain oil, towel, sink

In order to allow the chain oil to penetrate into the gap of each chain, please turn the wheel slowly at a distance of 3 ~ 10cm each time and spray the chain evenly with the chain oil. 5. Chain replacement time
